Camp Croix 2011

I think I'm just going to stop apologizing for sucking at blog posts....I did get some one to give me shit about it though, hence the post now! (Thanks Angie)!

Camp Croix was a ton of fun this year! We went for an entire week and the boys had a blast! Logan ended up getting sick again this year. The same thing as last year, he was sick for 24 hours with a 104 temp and throwing up. But it's almost down to the second; he'll start getting sick at 3:00 and he'll have a temp until 3:00 the next afternoon. He recovers great though and dives right back into Vacation mode!

The boys are total fish! They both just love the water and could swim all day, every day. We got them these new life jackets which go around their arms and chest. They are awesome and they can wear them all day. They are certified life jackets too so they can wear them on the boat as well.

Cody with his 'bat' wings. He's got his life jacket on and with the towel he said it looked like 'bat' wings.

Cody's first canoe ride. He was so funny! He was so excited and would point, "Go over dhere Mom". Of course the direction he pointed was behind us. My Dad and I were sore from having to paddle his around the lake and having to turn around so often.

Cody swimming with this skid loader. The toy of the year was the Skidloader. Jamie Potting and Shannon Mork camped right behind us and their kids had a skid loader toy. Logan and Cody fought over that toy the entire time we were at camp. They finally learned they had to take turns and then the question became, "Mom is it my turn?" Cody would not let go of the thing during beach time. He swam with it, took it on our canoe ride, played in the sand with it, even napped with it. That boy LOVES skidloaders...no idea why... ;-)
