Lights Out

I'm not sure BMeyer wants me to share this story with everyone, but I'm going to anyways....and hopefully I'll get it right....

Yesterday at school, he was working with the kids in the welding shop at about 2:30. He was switching out the wire on the welder and was clipping the wire off to replace it. Well the wire that he clipped off just happened to drop onto the 480 volt outlet for the welder. There was an explosion followed by all the lights going out. The students just stood in stunned shock with their mouths open looking from the smoking wall to BMeyer. BMeyer immediately told the students to begin cleaning up and not to touch the wall or outlet. He started following the trail of fuse boxes and discovered that he had actually blown something in the main box outside the school which had caused the lights to go off for about a 1/4 of the school. Other teachers were calling down to the office saying that their lights were off. Luckily it was only the lights that were affected and not all the electricity. The maintenance guy for the district came and replaced the fuse and the lights were turned back on.

There's never a dull moment when BMeyer's around....I love you babe!

This weekend the agenda is pretty open. Sunday is Stella's baptism so that will be fun. I'll take some pictures and post them later. Last night we got our taxes done and found out we don't have to pay in, which is phenomenal! Kenny you're the best accountant ever! On top of that we should get enough back to pay for our lp for next year! We'll be able to heat the house...how exciting...

Less than two weeks until Cletus is here....
